This pack provides 80 activities to help teachers, youth workers and other professionals to deliver drug education programmes for young people.
The learning activities are grouped into age bands 11-14, 11-18 and 14-18 to assist in planning and delivery, and follow seven broad themes which include: attitudes and values, first aid, laws and rules, assessing, getting help, managing drug use, and knowledge and understanding of drugs.
There are tips on using the pack and references to current guidelines on good practice, research and organisations. The manual may also be used in training professionals and in parent or community workshops.
