HIT Hot Topics

Event Sponsorship

We have a number of sponsorship options for the next HIT Hot Topics Conference ranging from simple ‘supporter’ all the way to being the main conference sponsor. If you or your company are interested in supporting the conference (or any other event we run at HIT) and have any questions please feel free to get in touch with us.

Conference Supporter

If you want to show support for the HIT Hot Topics conference but don’t want to go as far as having a stand or an advert then why not become a ‘supporter’. For £10 (£8.33 plus VAT) we’ll include your (or your organisation’s) name in our conference programme.
Price: £10.00 (£8.33 plus VAT)

Advert in Programme

Promote your company or service with a full page advert in the conference programme. For an extra £75 you can also have your advert feature on the main screen that will be running between speakers and during breaks. (Note: although we say ‘page’, previous conference programmes have been using a range of formats including postcards to encourge people to keep them as ‘keepsakes’).
Price: £200 (plus VAT)

Bag Insert

Everyone attending the conference will receive a ‘conference bag’. The bags contain the programme and a number of ‘inserts’ – this could be magazines, flyers, pens or other promotional materials. Get a 50% discount on a bag insert if you get it alongside an advert in the programme.
Price: £200 or £100 if also buying an advert (Plus VAT)

Conference Stand

We have a number of people who have regular stands at the conference, this year you can choose from the basic stand (£750) or a larger option (£995). Places for stands are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Prices: £750 or £995 (Plus VAT)
