Hot Topics Conference Sponsorship
We have a number of sponsorship options for the next HIT Hot Topics Conference ranging from simple 'supporter' all the way to being the main conference sponsor. If you or your company are interested in supporting the conference and have any questions please feel free to get in touch with us.
If you want to show support for the conference but don't want to go as far as having a stand or an advert then why not become a 'supporter'. For £10 we'll include your (or your organisation's) name in our conference programme, plus we'll give you a mention on Twitter. (When choosing this option please put the details you'd like us to use in the 'notes' area of the order; don't forget to add your Twitter ID.)
Half Page Advert
Promote your company or service with a half page advert in the conference programme. For an extra £75 you can also have your advert feature on the main screen that will be running between speakers and during breaks.

Full Page Advert
Promote your company or service with a full page advert in the conference programme. For an extra £75 you can also have your advert feature on the main screen that will be running between speakers and during breaks.
Price: £200 (plus VAT)
Everyone attending the conference will receive a 'conference bag'. The bags contain the programme and a number of 'inserts' - this could be magazines, flyers, pens or other promotional materials. Get a 50% discount on a bag insert if you get it alongside an advert in the program.

We have a number of people who have regular stands at the conference, this year you can choose from the basic stand (£595) or a larger option (£895). Places for stands are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Conference Main and Secondary Sponsors
Become the main conference sponsor and your logo will appear on the conference bag, website and slides between speakers. You will also get a stand, a full page advert in the programme and bag inserts. Secondary sponsors also get inserts, a stand and their logo on slides and the website (although not featuring as prominently as the main sponsor). Both options are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
