Nutrition, Diet And Exercise For Wellbeing

This course will help participants to understand how eating plays a role in long and short term recovery. Understanding how the food we eat helps the body to recover is a powerful tool in harm reduction.

The healthy eating course was put to the test by two groups of veterans who had long-term drug and alcohol problems and were not impressed by the concept of seeds and anything green. They changed their minds after six weeks and made long-term changes to their diets as a result.
